As the new development on Project Management Institute (PMI)®’s project management certification takes effect on 2nd of January 2021, all of PMI’s Authorized Training Partner (ATP)s are required to harmonize their programs to make sure their program delivery meet this PMI’s new standards. The use of new PMP® examination outline and the activation of Official PMI’s Choice LMS platform require adjustments to the existing Dcolearning’s training program portfolios and existing delivery protocols.
After more than 6 (six) months of adjustments and refinements, our program development team, together with our PMI’s Certified Trainers (notice the different with PMP-certified trainer term) have come up with our new and standardized project management training programs available starting 2nd of January 2021. The programs are for the standard Project Management program (directed for ALL project leaders and team members) and PMP Certification Preparation program (for ALL experienced and qualified project leaders).
The new programs, as you can see the above banners, are:
- Dynamic PMP® Exam Preparation with Official PMI® LMS Access
- Project Management Fast Track
The Dynamic PMP® Exam Prep with Official PMI® LMS Access (we call it DynamicPMP program) materials are designed based on the officially and directly developed by PMI-experts. Using PMI-developed modules and supported by PMI’s own LMS (Learning Management System) platform accessible by ALL DynamicPMP program participants.
The access is valid for 1 (one) year, so the participants can always go back and get more learning resources to ensure their understanding of the program and help them prepare better for their exam. Note: Please remember, no official ATPs or PMI-certified Trainers are allowed to guarantee the participants success in passing their certification exam. Their success is mostly their achievement.
The DynamicPMP program will take 5 days plus additional study group sessions (contact our team for more details) and also get 1 (one) year access to Dcolearning’s Vallery LMS platform.
Project Management Fast Track program is designed to cater the needs for ALL professionals who wish to learn project management based on PMBOK® Guide issued by PMI in a comprehensive manner. This program is inline with the above DynamicPMP program, and will cover all project management available project management approaches that any professionals need to understand in managing their projects. Be it a waterfall (predictive), agile (iterative), and hybrid models.
We believe that these programs will cater all of our existing clients and partners needs as well as will give best possible results in learning a globally accepted standard in managing projects.
These new programs will be available starting 2nd of January 2021. In the form of Public Training (PBT) program (please check their schedule here) and also in a Customized In-House Training (IHT) program formats. They are also available in Conventional Classroom program as well as Virtual Learning Experience (Online) program formats.
